I've seen a lot of car crash's happen. A lot of them are because people are drunk driving but some of them are because people are Talking on the Cellphone while they are driving! I've seen lots of people do this before. Including my own parents. I personally think there should be a law of some sort stating that you aren't allowed to talk on the cellphone or even text somebody on the cellphone while driving. Think of how many life's we people could save with that rule in place! If this really was a law would you agree to it?
